- These properties will house 25-37 women\/children in a number of bedrooms and bathrooms; each house also has a kitchen, ample laundry facilities and a large, shared yard and playground<\/li>\n
- Raise renovation funds of about $200K; flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and furnishings<\/li>\n
- Hire additional staff to manage the homes and residents<\/li>\n
- Raise additional funds for all expenses related to additional houses: mortgage (if any), utilities, staff, maintenance; estimated $5k a month over the next two years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/span>
