The Gabriel’s House Garden Party was another beautiful day of generosity! The focus of this event is always our residents. This year, Stella shared her story of transformation, as did Sarah alongside her 10-year-old daughter, Lexi. There wasn’t a dry eye in the garden at hearing how these women have overcome tragedy and abuse. In addition, Charles Hilliard shared his donor story, inspiring us to remember our “Gabriel’s House moments”—times when we needed the help of others when we were alone, troubled, or lost. The event raised about $50,000, but we still need more donations to meet our goal of $100,000. If you’d like to support this important fundraising effort, please click the donate button at the top of the homepage. We also want to thank all our board members, staff, and faithful volunteers who gave so much of their time and resources to make this event a success.
On Saturday, February 21, we hosted a Donor Appreciation Breakfast at Gabriel’s House. This is our chance to get to know donors better in an intimate, relaxed setting.
On Sunday, December 14, we enjoyed a joyful Christmas Open House. There were holiday treats, caroling, gifts for the children, and fellowship between residents, volunteers, staff, and some of our supporters!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the Gabriel’s House Harvest of Lights Gala Dinner Auction on October 16 at Spanish Hills Country Club. It was a success because of you!
Heavy drizzle couldn’t shut down the enthusiasm at this year’s Gabriel’s House Garden Party!
